The time it takes to complete item return or exchange may vary on a case to case basis.
For example, the distance of the customer from Fivics may play a large role.

Return / Warranty What is needed for return or exchange of items?

Please be prepared to provide the proof of purchase (invoice, store receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number,
zip code and member number (if applicable).
We will also need a brief description about why you’re returning/exchanging the item.
If your item is either limbs or riser, please provide a serial number found in the packaging box or on the product.

We will carefully review your inquiry and assist you however we can.

Return / Warranty The delivery status of my order continues to display, “Preparing Order”. What should I do?

A
Do not worry. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the status to change from “Preparing Order” to “Shipping Order”.
There may be some other delays due to exceptional circumstances, such as congestion.
In these cases, we will continue to notify you for any news on your order and delivery.

Website How do I measure the arrow spine that is right for me?

Once you have selected the arrow that you would like, you should refer to the spine table found on the catalogue and website. Using your draw length (in inches) and the poundage of your bow held at anchor (pounds), you will be able to determine the arrow spine that is right for you.

Website How do I measure my hand size for the right fingertab?

Measure the length between the tip of your middle finger to the wrist. Use the measured number to compare which size is best suitable for you.

XXS :    165mm (6.5 inches) and below

XS :       165mm (6.5 inches) - 175mm (6.9 inches)

S :         175mm (6.9 inches) - 185mm (7.3 inches)

M :        185mm (7.3 inches) - 195 (7.7 inches)

L :         195mm (7.7 inches) - 210mm (8.3 inches)

XL :       210mm (8.3 inches) and above

Shipping charges are measured by weight (Kg) and volume of CBM (Cubic meter) according to the carrier’s criteria.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, you may send us the product name, model information, and/or picture to us (info@fivics.com).
We will look at the request and send you a reply as soon as we can.

Client How do I order products from you?

STEP 1. PRODUCT: When you find the item that you are interested in purchasing, add it to your virtual shopping cart.

STEP 2. CART: You can check the shopping cart anytime during your visit on our website. Once you are ready to finish shopping, click “Order” to proceed to payment information for the items in the cart.

STEP 3. ENTER INFORMATION: You will need to fill out the requested information, such as shipping address and shipping method.

STEP 4. PAYMENT PROCESS: You will need to provide information on payment process. Once you have submitted payment, an email will be sent to the email address you provided with the receipt of your purchase, along with the estimate delivery day.
STEP 5. CONFIRMATION: After the order is completed, your order process can be checked in the order history under “My Page”. You may also choose to cancel or return your order depending on its status.
